What are features of your home that you've really enjoyed?
"We love the spacious living/dining room area! It has made hosting events and friends easy and enjoyable with plenty of room for all of our friends to sit and relax. The big kitchen makes preparing food while hosting friends and family easy and enjoyable because, as we all know, everyone somehow ends up in the kitchen!
We also love all the outdoor space! With the 1-acre yard and the fact that the house is situated in the corner of the property as opposed to the center, it creates lots and lots of open yard space with plenty of room for playsets, gardens, out buildings, campfires, you name it! There is are shaded areas for escaping the heat of the sun as well as open spaces for games and gatherings."
What can you tell us about your neighborhood?
"The neighbors (all TWO of them!) are great! Very helpful, very friendly, not at all intrusive and very easy going. We have enjoyed the time we have spent here for many reasons and the neighbors are a big reason!"
What do you love about your town?
"From this house, it’s a 10 minute drive to anywhere in Franklin and there is SO much to do in Franklin. Want to go get a drink? Shale Creek Brewery, Hoosier Brewery, The Tapp Room, The Willard, River City Winery and more are just down the road. Feel like catching a movie? Check out Canary Creek Cinema or for a more retro experience check out The Artcraft downtown. Franklin has all the conveniences you could want only 10 minutes down the road but you still get to enjoy country living."
Where do you love to eat?
"We love Greeks Pizzeria (and guess what, they DELIVER TO OUR HOUSE!) as well as Shale Creek and Ann’s Restaurant. Marco’s Pizza and Roscoe’s Tacos will also deliver for those times you don’t want to leave the house!"
Grocery stores and other conveniences?
"Walmart? Check. Lowe’s? Check. Meijer? Check. Kroger? Check. Kohl’s? Check. Big Lots? Check. Tractor Supply? Check. Franklin has grown by leaps and bounds over the last few years and really does have all the conveniences you could ask for just 10 minutes down the road. And Columbus has even more just 20 minutes in the other direction!"
What other things do you love or enjoy about the area?
"Location, location, location. Want to go enjoy an evening in downtown Indy? 35 minutes. From our house you can be on Interstate 65 in under 10 minutes. The Edinburgh Outlets are 15 minutes away. Greenwood Park Mall is 25 minutes away. Want to go play a round of golf? Grab your clubs and walk down to Deer Valley Golf Course next door! You can’t ask for a better location to give you the benefits of country living with the conveniences of the city a short drive away. Even Louisville, KY is only an hour and half down the road!"

I"f you are like us, one of first things we wondered about when looking at this house was what kind of internet speeds we could get out here. We are happy to inform you that CenturyLink offers 20megabyte internet service to this address. With that we have been able to stream HD video via Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime and also enjoy online gaming with no trouble."
