What are features of your home that you've really enjoyed?

We love the open floor plan of our home. The living room is open to the loft upstairs and it really makes the house seem so much bigger. There is also plenty of natural light in the home, with big windows throughout the home. I don't need to turn on any lights during the day except in the bathrooms. The kids also have their own "apartment" upstairs, with two bedrooms, full bath, and the whole loft to use as their own. It allows us to have a place for all their things, out of the way of the rest of the home.

What can you tell us about your neighborhood?Image title

We love all of our neighbors in our culdesac. It's pretty quiet, and the house is situated off the main road in the neighborhood. I also love taking the kids on walks through the neighborhood, there is a pond just a few minutes away that we walk to, and there are sidewalks throughout.

What do you love about your town?

Our location has quick access to all the amenities downtown, but we are also far enough out to still have that suburban feel. Many nearby amenities, and it's only a 15 minute drive to either the country or the city! There is something to love for any family whether you are older or younger, have kids or don't. This location really can't be beat and we will definitely miss it!

Where do you love to eat?

There is a great family friendly pub called Murphy's Pub just down the road off Thompson and Arlington. The food is so delicious and the service is fast and friendly. Fountain square is also only 10 minutes away, and we enjoy trying different places out there, along with duck pin bowling!

Grocery stores and other conveniences?

There is a gas station less than 2 minutes away, a Kroger only 5 minutes away, and southport and greenwood shopping is also a quick drive. We never have to go far for anything we need.
