What are features of your home that you've really enjoyed?

We Iove the layout of the home, we installed hardwood floors, and enclosed the front porch to make it feel like a “sun room”. The kitchen is open and very spacious. Both the kitchen and “sun room” makes this house feel like a "home" to us. We probably spend most of our time in the kitchen and “sun room” -- it’s our favorite rooms. – we love the natural sunlight and enjoy our morning coffee. The sunroom is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy all year long.

What can you tell us about your neighborhood?

We enjoyed having the kids grow up in a neighborhood with other kids. It’s a wonderful mix of family oriented and “first time home owners” in the neighborhood! There are always people either walking with their dog or family. Every summer the HOA puts on a neighborhood BBQ. They set a date for an annual garage sale.

What do you love about your town?

Noblesville is so quaint. All of the downtown houses have such charm and character, and have been maintained so well. Every summer the downtown closes off the main streets and provides a “Dancing in the Street” block party. The Image titlerestaurants stay open a little later, live music, games, and more! It’s It is so easy to get to Carmel, Westfield. I love that Riverview Hospital and all my doctors and dentists are all in the same area. It makes it very convenient!

Where do you love to eat?

The Downtown Noblesville Square is so unique since it is located right in the middle of the city. We love the fact so many of the great restaurants are locally owned. There are a variety to choose from - Pan Asian, Italian, Pubs, Ice Cream Parlors...we have it all!

Grocery stores and other conveniences?

There are several great options for grocery stores nearby: We typically go to the Marsh or Kroger for most items, sometimes we shop at Fresh Market in Hamilton Town Center to grab any key ingredients for organic cooking. There is also a new Fresh Thyme in Westfield. Saturday mornings there is a Farmers Market in the parking lot next to Riverview Hospital - I love getting fresh sweet corn for grilling!

What other things do you love or enjoy about the area?

Forest Park and Forest Park Golf course is practically a couple of streets away in our neighborhood! We would walk the course and find golf balls! During the summer we always enjoying the swimming pools in the hot summer months. They have a great play area, tennis courts, volley ball, there is a skateboard park, carousel, covered picnic areas for family reunions and beautiful wood trails.

Anything else? Neighborhood amenities?

Minutes from the neighborhood there is a beautiful natural park sanctuary to walk and explore! Morse Reservoir is right down the road where we love watching the sunset on their patio and listening to live music, meet friends and enjoy food and drinks on the water!
