What The Seller Says About 1566 Brookside Ave
What are features of your home that you've really enjoyed? My favorite features in the home are the spiral staircase and the vanity in the master suite. We also enjoy sipping our morning coffee on the screened in porch. The house has so much original charm and character, it’s hard to choose!
What can you tell us about your neighborhood? Windsor Park is a neighborhood rich in history. We have homes that date all the way back to the 1800’s. I love that Windsor Park is so close to downtown, yet retains a true neighborhood feeling. The winding streets are charming. We love riding our bikes over to Mass Ave on the weekends. Windsor Park even has two community park spaces and a library.
What do you love about your town? I like that Indianapolis offers a little bit of something for everyone.
Where do you love to eat? We are regulars at The Legend in Irvington, but we are excited because we hear the owners of La Margarita in Fountain Square plan to open a new location inside the Circle City Industrial Complex!
Grocery stores and other conveniences? Pogues Run Grocer makes a mean Ruben sandwich. We also support Rabble Coffee, The Love Handle, Lick Ice Cream, and the farmers market inside the Circle City Industrial Complex.
What other things do you love or enjoy about the area? We are very excited about the development of the Circle City Industrial Complex. I can’t wait to try out the new brewery and distillery going in.
