What The Seller Says About 1101 Windsor Street
So what does the seller have to say about 1101 Windsor Street?
What are features of your home that you've really enjoyed? One of my favorite features is the original pocket door. It makes the cut for both practical function and classic beauty. My other favorite features are the gorgeous woodwork, original trim, and claw foot tub.
What can you tell us about your neighborhood? Windsor Park has the very best location - only one mile from Mass Ave. Beautiful and mature trees, winding streets, an active neighborhood association, and diversity. We even have our own park. We are close to downtown yet retain a true neighborhood feeling.
What do you love about your town? My favorite thing about Indy is the people. It’s called Hoosier Hospitality for a reason! We are a community. We love live music, craft beer, and good food.
Where do you love to eat? The Legend in Irvington is our go to for great food, we enjoy all the fresh, local ingredients.
Grocery stores and other conveniences? The seasonal farmer’s market located in the Circle City Industrial Complex is such a great spot for local produce, and artisan foods as well.
What other things do you love or enjoy about the area? These homes were built to last. Many homes fifty years old, or older, were built with hardwood or old growth wood framing. When you buy an older home, you buy a part of history. Old is gold!
Anything else? Neighborhood amenities? The newly developed Circle City Industrial Complex located inside Windsor Park is promising.
