The Woodlands is a safe, family-friendly neighborhood close to 465 and Indianapolis. It has many amenities such as tennis courts, pools, park, and a fantastic clubhouse
What do you love about your town?
Carmel is safe, clean and has one of the best school districts across the nation. There are so many attractions here! We love the the Arts & Design District that has so many galleries, shops and restaurants. We also have the Center for the Performing arts, where you can see a variety of performances in the concert hall...we can't wait for Clint Black at the end of August!
Where do you love to eat?
Minutes away from Carmel’s Art District and Palladium. Clay Terrace outdoor mall offers a variety of restaurants and shopping. Five minutes from downtown Carmel.

What other things do you love or enjoy about the area?
A very cool feature in Carmel for families is the Monon Community Center which has programs, classes and activities for the whole family. The kids will LOVE the water park! It has a lazy river, water slides. wave pools and more!

I love that we have public access to the lake. You can launch your boat on the backside of the clubhouse. If you own a boat you can even store it there!
