What are features of your home that you've really enjoyed?

Beautiful hardwood floors on main level, new carpet on upper level, entire house has fresh paint (no VOC), brand new stainless steel Samsung appliances, new glass tile/granite/sink in kitchen, new tile in master bathroom, updated lighting, built-in book cases and fireplace in cozy family room, crown molding, bathroom vanities/facets/sink bowls updated and don’t forget the huge backyard. 

What can you tell us about your neighborhood?

The Woodlands is a safe, family-friendly neighborhood close to 465 and Indianapolis.  It has many amenities such as tennis courts, pools, park, and a fantastic clubhouse

What do you love about your town?

Carmel is safe, clean and has one of the best school districts across the nation.  There are so many attractions here! We love the the Arts & Design District that has so many galleries, shops and restaurants.  We also have the Center for the Performing arts, where you can see a variety of performances in the concert hall...we can't wait for Clint Black at the end of August!

Where do you love to eat?

Minutes away from Carmel’s Art District and Palladium.  Clay Terrace outdoor mall offers a variety of restaurants and shopping.  Five minutes from downtown Carmel. 

Grocery stores and other conveniences?

Close to Clay Terrace Mall. Enjoy the convenience of living in Carmel but so close to 465 and Indianapolis.

What other things do you love or enjoy about the area?

A very cool feature in Carmel for families is the Monon Community Center which has programs, classes and activities for the whole family. The Image titlekids will LOVE the water park! It has a lazy river, water slides. wave pools and more!

Anything else? Neighborhood amenities?

I love that we have public access to the lake.  You can launch your boat on the backside of the clubhouse. If you own a boat you can even store it there!

What are your average monthly utility costs and with whom?

Duke Energy (electric) $55

Carmel Water/Sewer/Trash $35

Vectren Gas $25-30 (summer), $100 average (winter months)

HOA info?

$350 annual fee.  Outdoor pool, clubhouse, tennis courts and park.
