What The Seller Says About 1029 Windsor Street
What are features of your home that you've really enjoyed? My favorite feature of the home is the layout. I love that you can stand at the back of the house and have sight lines all the way to the front. I also love the character – the old floors, the stained glass transoms, the claw foot tub, and the big windows.
What can you tell us about your neighborhood? Windsor Park is a neighborhood rich in history. We have homes that date all the way back to the 1800’s. I love that Windsor Park is so close to downtown, yet retains a true neighborhood feeling. The winding streets are charming. We love riding our bikes over to Mass Ave on the weekends.
What do you love about your town? I like that Indianapolis offers a little bit of something for everyone.
Where do you love to eat? My current favorite spot is Ralstons Draft House on Mass Ave.
Grocery stores and other conveniences? Pogues Run Grocer, Rabble Coffee, The Love Handle, and the farmers market in the Circle City Industrial Complex.
What other things do you love or enjoy about the area? Pogues Run Trail running through our neighborhood is a quick connection to both the Monon Trail and the Cultural Trail. Windsor Park even has two community park spaces and it's own library.
Anything else? Neighborhood amenities? We are very excited about the development of the Circle City Industrial Complex. I can’t wait to try out the new breweries and distillery going in.
