If you're looking for a neighborhood with diverse nightlife, food, nightlife, and shopping, look no further than Broad Ripple! Once only seen as a neighborhood for partying college students, this
While Central Indiana certainly has its share of great chain restaurants, some of the best food in the area can be found at one of the many different local eateries in the area. One local restaurant, Café Patachou, is known locally for having some of the best breakfast and brunch food in the entirety of the Greatest Indianapolis area.
Café Patachou was founded in 1989 with the intention of using the finest and freshest ingredients available in the Greater Indianapolis area. Throughout the years, Café Patachou has received a number of accolades for its food and service. In September of 2002, the restaurant was featured in Bon Appetit Magazine. Specifically, Café Patachou was featured in the Neighborhood Restaurants section of the magazine. Café Patachou was also recognized by the James Beard Foundation in March of 2013 and 2016.
Café Patachou is probably known best for its breakfast items, and, as a brunch restaurant, it has a host of great salads, soups and sandwiches as well. Café Patachou’s Smoked Salmon Bagel is perhaps the best item on the entire menu. Made with Ora-King Smoked Salmon and loaded with cream cheese, tomatoes and red onions, it has a tremendous amount of flavor between two halves of a bagel. There is a great combination option on the menu as well. For $11.95, restaurant patrons can get a cup of soup and a half sandwich. Alternately, a soup and salad combination is just $9.75.
Café Patachou offers catering services for anything from bridal and baby showers to business lunches and meetings. There are plenty of different menus offered by Café Patachou for catered events. Orders must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Anyone interested in Café Patachou’s catering services should contact Ashley Garrison by calling 317-202-0765.
